Sangeeta Nagrath
Founder & CEO
Backed by years of entrepreneurial success, headed to continue on making dreams come true by hiring people to do things they love!
Sangeeta Nagrath is an Alumni of Delhi College of Engineering. She brings with her a rich experience of three decades from the software Development & Automobile verticals. In her career she has been in the Software Development and has worked with IDM (the earlier name of IBM in India), SSL and Precision Engineering. Sangeeta has a rich hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of Automotive Industry & has been instrumental in Design and development of niche software products She is also on the management board of a couple of automotive Ancillaries. Since 2005 she has been in Human Resource Consulting & is involved in organized recruitment, management consulting, corporate trainings and other HR services in India.
Vimal Nagrath
Managing Partner
Mechanical engineer (1982 batch) from NIT Surat, boasts an impressive track record of over 40 years in the entrepreneurial world of manufacturing. His journey began at Escorts Tractors Ltd, a joint venture with Ford Motors, where he laid the foundation for his extensive career. From there, he transitioned to Stallion Shox Ltd, a company involved in technical collaboration with Tenneco USA, further expanding his expertise. For the past three decades, Vimal has been an integral part of various entrepreneurial ventures, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the manufacturing industry. His remarkable journey and expertise make him a valuable asset
Nikhiel Nagrath
Managing Partner
Nikhiel Nagrath is a Computer Science Engineer from IIIT-Delhi 2014 batch.
He has done masters in Business Entrepreneurship from
EDII - Gandhinagar in 2016.
He is also a full stack digital marketing specialist.
He is also a Football enthusiast dedicated to connect the right people with the right jobs.
Besides being attached with TESS from its inception, Nikhiel is also a Certified Life Coach from RWC Canada.
Nikhiel leads our initiative of Corporate Trainings in wellness & mental health domains.
